Yoga for Personal Development
Why Yoga? Because it is so useful for calming the mind, strengthening the body, and connecting with fellow humans and with Spirit. I weave together many wisdom traditions including mind-body psychotherapy, myth, mindfulness, yoga and embodied feminine spirituality in my path of service. My yoga practice combines intelligent alignment with neuroscience, conscious breathwork and subtle-body awareness. I help students along their path of evolution by finding deep strength, building resiliency and turning their wounds into wisdom.
